Intentional discipleship of every individual
This is one of our greatest core values. At The Well, not one person should be left behind when it comes to discipleship.
“until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, 14 so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.”
Ephesians 4:13-14
Thus far, we have integrated two levels of minimum discipleship into our membership process.
Level 1
one2one discipleship program
Created by the Every Nation global family of churches. Whether you’re new to the faith or a giant in the faith—at The Well, we encourage each individual to work through this basic discipleship application.
This is because our vision at The Well is that everyone will have a personal encounter with Jesus, a drink of living water, and then become a well themselves for others to drink from. Therefore, for some this discipleship program will be a radical, life-changing encounter from darkness to light, but for others it will be a tool in their toolkit that they will use to reach the community around them.

This program covers Salvation, Baptism, the Holy Spirit, Church Life and Persecution in much greater depth and with practical activation.
There are many more things to learn and many more resources that will be implemented at The Well, but we want to ensure that as a bare minimum we are raising the bar of discipleship and being faithful with the precious souls God has entrusted to our community.
